Inositol might balance certain chemicals in the body to possibly help with conditions such as panic disorder, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and polycystic ovary syndrome, including failure to ovulate; high blood pressure; high triglycerides; and high levels of improving menstrual function and fertility.

Specifications:
Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, or shellfish ingredients. Produced in a facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens. Stable at room temperature and at temperatures of up to 40 degrees. Store in a cool, dark, dry place.

Directions for use:
A serving equals a daily dose.
Take two capsule, two times a day with meals or as recommended by your healthcare provider.
Discontinue use if any adverse effects are experienced.

Safety information:
Do not exceed recommended dose. Do not use if under 18 years of age as safety in children has not been established. If you are pregnant, nursing or taking any medications or have a known medical condition, consult your doctor before using this or any other health supplement. Inositol is water-soluble supplement, it doesn't have a high risk of overdose. Even at high doses, side effects are mainly limited to nausea, gas, and diarrhoea. This molecule has a good safety record, and few adverse effects have been seen at both moderate and high doses.
