Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, or shellfish ingredients. Produced in a facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.  Stable at room temperature and at temperatures of up to 40 degrees.  Store in a cool, dark, dry place.

Directions for use:
A serving equals a daily dose.
Take one capsule daily with a meal or as recommended by your healthcare provider. 
Discontinue use if any adverse effects are experienced. Vitamin D and Calcium is well tolerated by most adults, this supplement may cause  constipation, bloating, and gas may occur.  Use caution in patients with renal failure; frequent monitoring of serum calcium and phosphorus necessary to prevent hypercalcemia.  Calcium supplements may interfere with absorption of some medications and minerals.  Use caution administering calcium supplements to patients with a history of kidney stones
